Product introduction The intelligent high-frequency switch power supply system is specially intended for various substations and power generating plants. It mainly provides power supply for the charging of battery, the circuits of control, protection, signal and automatic devices as well as the driving mechanism of operating machines and maneuvering machines, and may also serve as independent power supply emergency lighting. This product is widely used in substations, small-sized users’ stations, power plants and on/off stations with voltages ranging from 500KV to 35KV.
System characteristics:
Scope of applicable electrical grids: 1 or 2 lines 300~460VAC for 3-phase, better than the variation of 380V±20%; N pieces of 10A modular can be installed, and 220V/NX10A available (N is the number of modular). Both modular and monitoring units adopt electrical plug-in and out structure for convenient maintenance. Modular and monitor in the same tray with compact structure; charging device and battery can be placed in the one panel, saving one battery panel.
Measuring of voltage, current and charging current can be completed in the system making external sensor unnecessary. Intelligent monitoring unit boasts organic silicon chain voltage reduction automatic control function. Only with additional silicon chain, voltage can be controlled.
Intelligent monitoring unit adopts LCD display, Chinese menu and press key for operation. Operating parameters can be set and displayed, and system malfunctions can be indicated and system can be caliberred.
Intelligent monitoring unit boasts intelligent management of the battery, conducting strict management of the battery in accordance with the charging curve, and set average time of maintenance according to specific requirements, and set average time limit for charging for battery protection.
Intelligent monitoring unit provides exhaustive communication protocol and has PS232/RS485 port, and can combine with computer or substation to form a network management system.
System boasts perfect protection including AC power loss, phase loss, over/under-voltage protection, over-current short circuit protection, over-temperature protection. Each modular is equipped with anti-backflow diode greatly improving the reliability of the system.
